Actual cleaning times and prices may vary very slightly depending on the level of cleaning required, the property’s condition, and any additional services requested.

We will provide you an estimated quotation, unless we specify it is an accurate quotation. For a more accurate price, please arrange a site visit, accurate quotes are often less cost.

1) Provide Frequency of Regular General cleans, if Regular General cleaning required.
e.g. 2 weekly, 3 weekly, monthly, quarterly etc
Note:
For a General clean only e.g. not Deep Clean/Builders/Commercial or End of Tenancy Clean, the standard hourly rate is £24 per hour.
(does not include oven clean – extra £132) (internal window clean could be included in the job for a standard house size)
Example: 3 hour clean £24 x 3 hours = £72

If you are happy with the above pricing guide, we will then arrange a site visit for an accurate quotation. Unless you accept the estimated quotation we send.
Site visits should be arranged between 10am and 12pm Weekdays and Saturdays.
